At that time she was the CEO, visionary, and co-owner of the clinic system when it was one clinic. Over a period of 3 years I watched her grow the clinic to three locations, where it became an attractive business for investment. She then oversaw the transition during purchase and stayed on to open 4 more locations over 2 more years.
Linda wore many hats the years I worked with her and was often, it seemed, a “one man band.” Administratively in the early days, she was directly involved all aspects of human resources and also created the entire written policies and procedures manual. Yet when needed, she would don scrubs and triage or manage patients. She spearheaded marketing and spent many hours at outreach community events. In all things her nursing background shone through, as her goal was always to treat the patient as the primary mission.
